SMART Reporting

Historical Trends are good at showing the history of continuous process measurements. They are difficult to use for analyzing and correlating process events. Historical trends do not show the state that the process was in when the measurement was taken. For example a high pH measurement could indicate a process issue if the process was running, but would be perfectly acceptable if the vessel was being washed with caustic.

By combining operational states and events with process measurements SMART Reporting provides the end user with process insights and understanding that would not be revealed by studying trends alone.

SMART Reporting uses the control system to organize and create the data records that are seamlessly pushed up to an off platform SQL Database which serves this information to process engineers, supervisors and managers using standard statistical reporting tools and spreadsheets.

Turn Historical data into useful information.
